Pray for the great niece of the Phelpses, Jaya Caldwell (age 22 months) in Oklahoma City Children’s Hospital. She is having respiratory issues with only a 30% oxygen level. So far she is not responding to breathing treatments & is moaning when she breathes. A great concern for the family even though she is “negative” for everything she’s been tested for. Thank you!

UPDATE 9/29/25 A wonderful weekend of spiritual encouragement and refreshing; all volunteers arrived safely and returned safely home; blessed by many honest testimonies of God's current grace and mercy; freedom, safety, authenticity, and love prevails; God still moves! Hallelujah! Pray for the team volunteers coming from around the nation to serve in our upcoming Spiritual Awakening Weekend. Pray for safety as they travel, unity as they serve, love as they share, prepared hearts, sensitive spirits, and obedient responses. May God stir our spirits and fan into a white-hot flame our hearts for Him.

UPDATE 9/6/25 Pastor Dale's wife, Linda, slipped tenderly, peacefully, and lovingly into the arms of her gracious Lord and Savior Jesus Christ early this morning. To God be the glory. UPDATE 9/5/25 Linda is actively dying from an oxygen issue discovered from the cancer diagnosis; she is on hospice; please pray for her and husband Dale, who both are faithful, humble servants of Jesus; soon she will see His face and be eternally whole; UPDATE 8/12/25 - Linda's cancer is extensive and treatable, not curable; a year or less without treatment; a couple of years or more with treatment (started 8/11/25); "all of our days are written in His book before ever one of them came to be."; neither cancer nor Drs but the sovereign God who rules over all and does all things well and sets the number and content of any days we are privileged to have; our trust remains in Him that He will serve His purpose for His glory and our good regardless of the length or shortness of our time here and regardless of whether those days be filled with health or affliction; His ways may not be easy but they are always right. We will live in the rightness and goodness of God with whatever days we have. UPDATE 8/8 - Linda has "extensive metastasized breast cancer"; no significant soft tissue or organ involvement; malignant tumors in the large bone of each leg, her pelvis, spine, ribs, sternum, left collar bone, both shoulder blades, her skull base and the top portion of her skull; prescribed anastrozole daily for three months to reduce estrogen, which tumors take up readily, then another PET scan; likely an IV infusion of a second drug that strengthens bones weakened by the first drug; not clear on the expected disease course at this time, or on the effect this drug will have on Linda's daily life; this journey is from and in the hand of our great God who does all things well, for His glory and for our good. UPDATE: a PET scan and MRI has now been ordered for Linda. ORIGINAL REQUEST: Linda's pain is malignant lytic tumors of mestastic cancer, fracturing bone as they grow. We do not know what type of cancer, the extent of the cancer (though it has been labeled "widespread") or whether Linda will be a candidate for medical or radiological intervention. We have a reason for her symptoms and not much more. Our petition at this point is simple: 1) ask God to make us fearless as we take this journey with Him. 2) ask God to make us faithful as we strive to honor Him and help one another. 3) ask God to maintain the testimomy of grace and glory to which He has called us through faith in Jesus Christ and the continuing presence of the Holy Spirit in us, in our marriage, in our ministry, and, if He deems best, in our suffering. 4) though we really are trusting God to order the timing of all things in this, if we might see the oncologist sooner rather than later, we think that would be very helpful. Christ is our hope for life, for death, and for eternity. Of that there is no question. He is wise and good and gracious and kind and glorious and righteous and holy and just. And we are certain that when He "has tried us, we shall come forth as gold." We thank you for your prayers as we follow the Shepherd of our hearts on this path. To God be the glory!

Please pray for a retired pastor's wife who had surgery many years ago to remove her thyroid. She is experiencing serious diet issues, chemical imbalances, and clinical depression. Pray that the medical team can quickly find an appropriate plan of care to restore a meaningful daily quality of life.

Jane has been diagnosed with very early stage breast cancer. Lymph nodes are clear. Tumor is very small. Lumpectomy will determine specific cancer type and remove tumor, followed by probable small amount of radiation. Pray for merciful healing.

UPDATE 9/26/25 Continued prayer requests for Roman Starr, great-nephew of the Phelpses: Diagnosed with L-CHAD at birth, a rare metabolic disorder; His body cannot break down proteins so other organs are in jeopardy; It can be fatal if not addressed; Pray he continues to respond well to a special formula that’s extremely expensive; Pray he can stay well as fevers over 100 can be very dangerous (he was recently exposed to some viruses at preschool); Pray his other organs will remain healthy (heart, lungs, liver); Pray for strength and endurance for his parents as Roman must be fed more often than most babies as fasting can be detrimental to his health; Fevers most children get over means a trip to the ER for Roman for fluids; Pray he continues to develop and grow as a normal child.
